The pre-contract support is great. I tried the after service and found it created more complications than buying a policy directly from a company. 1. support is limited, which means I have to contact the insurance company directly in the end. There's a limit to accessing the account. 2. When closing the policy, I can't do it directly with the company and have to contact Bolt. This is after being trained to contact the insurance company directly.

I think the best was building credibility toward Bolt as a company and why to trust and what benefits it brings.
