Overall Satisfaction with bolt Insurance Agency Platform

bolt Insurance Agency Platform is a good company and easy to work with. Call center workers that answer the phone are very patient, kind and diligent with their work. It's sometimes hard to get someone on the phone but once you do then the experience is seamless. I've enjoyed working with the team at Bolt.

Pros

  • They set up car insurance well.
  • They set up mortgage insurance well.
  • Workers are patient to explain products.
  • I feel comfortable talking to the workers over the phone.

Cons

  • Answering phone calls in a timely manner could be improved.
  • They were able to give me great prices that were less than what I was previously paying.
It was easy to use and straight forward.
It works well with our brand because we're also in the insurance business and it's always easy to recommend someone to bolt Insurance Agency Platform when they ask for car insurance and other types of insurance.

I worked with a lady named Janine. She was very helpful to me and others I recommended to her. She was very patient in explaining things I didn't understand about my plan and repeated pricing where needed so I could get a better idea of what was going on. Other workers have been great too but I've mostly worked with Janine.
