• Occasionally placements are missed and other times we get clips that are not for us. These mistakes have been taken care of fast and seamlessly.

We use Cision for media databases mostly. In the past we've used a variety of clipping services. For social media we use Hootsuite, mention, viraltag, etc.

• It's a great tool to use for monitoring and reporting on clips generated and their value
• Clients can easily see media value generated each month
• The generated value might not be 100% "true" but offers a great measuring tool
