Butter vs. Phone.com

I have a very good experience with Butter. First of all, its User Interface is very nice and very functional. There are very few meeting tools that have such attractive UI. In the Room section, I mostly like the reactions and soundboard. Besides, it has all the necessary options like notes, a toolbox, and an agenda.

Phone.com is a no-brainer. The cost savings over a POTS or in-house PBX system are tremendous. The affordability added on top of the easy to use and deploy features make Phone.com the best choice. Phone.com is well-suited for situations where you need other-than-standard call holding, call routing, and other similar advanced call features.

• Butter works as a platform for virtual meeting or workshops.
• It provides the integration with most of the tools like Miro and Google Drive, pools, video, and so on.
• It works fine with low bandwidth internet.
• It also provide nice recap of meeting or workshop.

• Phone.com has been excellent with support and I can not think of any areas for improvement with regards to that
• Phone.com could provide more graphical assistance when programming call routing. A visual indication of the flow of a call should be presented and would come in handy when planning out difficult ques/call routes

All of the software, I have used previously, has a very boring user interface. Most of them are pretty basic in look and feel. Even they have a few integrations with the other third-party tools. But Butter has a very pretty look and feel with all the necessary tools and functions. I think it is fun to meet with Butter.
