Captain Data vs. UserGems

I have been using Captain Data for my Digital Agency for quite some time now and genuinely appreciate the product's capabilities. The power of automation it provides has been instrumental in our Lead Generation services. Therefore, it's with disappointment that I write this review.I currently hold an Appsumo Tier3 lifetime plan, which, while it offers a significant 100,000 tasks per month, does not grant me access to the newer features such as the 'LinkedIn Rotation'. When I contacted Captain Data's support for assistance, I was told to 'upgrade' to a different plan which unfortunately feels more like a 'downgrade'.

- win back campaigns - low hanging fruit outreach, where the prospect is already familiar with our product - connecting us to leads who are directly within our ICP and based on a recent new hire or promotion, are likely to be in the market for a product like ours

Because it's well automated, it's very easy to use for our scope. However, because it's so automated, at times I feel like I'm not getting the full picture. I also feel like there should be more training for admin in their actual platform. Even though they help us set up the automations, more training on using the platform might empower us to better understand how to get more out of the platform.
