CareerPlug vs. Wizehire

If you're looking to hire but don't want to have it be an all consuming portion of your job, CareerPlug is great! The automation behind it has been so helpful to us

Wizehire is an amazing applicant tracking system for organization and follow-up. I appreciate being able to add prerequisite questions for easy overviews of qualifications. The personality assessment is a great touch to have upfront in the application process. I love the Kanban view and customizations to track candidates in a way that makes sense for our organization.

• CareerPlug should have a training manual.
• There should be an easier way to add leaves and incentives
• Interface should be more precise.

• Candidates can apply for the same role more than once, and I'd like that not to be allowed
• The DISC is not as accurate as others, like Ableson.
• Candidates can apply without a resume and that's frustrating

CareerPlug is cost efficient as compared to the other HR software. its easy to use and it can handle a lot more then other referred software.
