What is WizeHire?

WizeHire is designed to help the user create quality job ads using job ad templates and hiring coaches to attract more quality candidates. WizeHire posts job ads to 60+ job boards and helps assess candidates in one online dashboard with resumes and personality fit reports to find the right fit to grow a business.

WizeHire Recruiting Platform for Small Business

WizeHire is headquartered in Houston and boasts over 6,000 small businesses as users of its ATS and job posting platform. It is designed to support all the hiring and recruitment needs of smaller companies. This software is known for its affordability and its ability to create high-performing job ads that attract the best fitting talent. WizeHire provides support from live hiring coaches who will review and optimize the user’s ads. To facilitate recruitment in an end-to-end fashion, WizeHire offers:

Job Posting

Live hiring coaches will monitor job ads after WizeHire distributes them to 100+ job boards including Indeed, Monster, etc.. Wize Hire helps distribute ads, and their coaches also ensure ads are performing as they should.

Assessment

Candidate screening is also automated in WizeHire with APA-certified personality assessments present in the solution, as well as filters which can be selected by the user to screen out candidates that lack desired qualifications, certifications, or educational background. According to the vendor, WizeHire’s own DISC assessment allows the user to see beyond the resume for the full picture to determine personality fit. They administer the most-widely used DISC assessment to screen candidates.

Applicant Tracking

Applicants are tracked through the WizeHire dashboard, which includes tools for moving the candidates through the pipeline, candidate review tools (e.g. reviewing their answers and responses to assessments), as well as tools for communicating with candidates within the platform.

Plans and Pricing

WizeHire presents pricing for “Hiring Now” which supports outreach for unlimited jobs on a monthly basis for $199 with no extended contract, as well as a plan for regularly hiring entities offered on an annual subscription available at $1,980 per year (averaging $165 monthly). But for the discount available to annual subscribers the plans are quite similar.

Use it for finding a wide array of jobs in sales and construction. Like the personality profile and rankings system. Ease of use on the app is also a plus. Syndication with other sites is also a pro for us.

WizeHire has been an amazing resource for our team in getting our jobs out to the greatest amount of applicants and allowing our team to accurately organize and track candidate pipelines. The personality assessment and ability to add prerequisites for candidates to select have allowed our recruiters to significantly cut down on the amount of time it takes to screen all resumes individually for qualifications.

Wizehire is an amazing applicant tracking system for organization and follow-up. I appreciate being able to add prerequisite questions for easy overviews of qualifications. The personality assessment is a great touch to have upfront in the application process. I love the Kanban view and customizations to track candidates in a way that makes sense for our organization.
