Overall Satisfaction with WizeHire
WizeHire has been an amazing resource for our team in getting our jobs out to the greatest amount of applicants and allowing our team to accurately organize and track candidate pipelines. The personality assessment and ability to add prerequisites for candidates to select have allowed our recruiters to significantly cut down on the amount of time it takes to screen all resumes individually for qualifications.

- Candidates can apply for the same role more than once, and I'd like that not to be allowed
- The DISC is not as accurate as others, like Ableson.
