CareerSiteBuilder vs. GivePulse

If you have a job opening or a high turn around rate like we do. (we are a staffing company) [CareerSiteBuilder] is a great place to to start. It is affordable and reaches hundreds of potential employees. When you search resumes sometimes when you enter keywords you have to play around with it to find the right phrasing. Its not difficult just time consuming.

If any one wants to join as a volunteer in the Givepulse for good cause and spend their time to development of people lives, I think Givepulse is one of the beat platforms. Also any organisation can think of their CSR initiatives as they are doing very well in development of india through AID. Child education, sustainability, preserving of natural resources, womens empowerment, social justice are many topics on which they are working

• Search features.
• Quantity of resumes.
• The format that the candidates information is presented.

• Prithibha pathashala is one of the good project
• Plantation at many places
• Building toilets and necessary education for poor families
• Ensuring social justice to the peoples of rural communities

• Can educate peoples of India about government facilities as more peoples dont know what are the government facilities and subsidiaries
• Can ensure that right help is given to right persons or not
• Advertise more on social media so that more volunteers can join the good cause

Givepulse is working in many areas where others are not working to develop the indias rural part like sustainability, plantations and preserving of natural resources. Also they brings the new technologies and knowledge to help the society in better ways. Their volunteers are knowledgeable and good cooperative for helping and supporting illiterate peoples

• We have been able to present MORE candidates to our clients in the staffing industry, and therefore fill more positions.
• We are able to find MORE QUALIFIED candidates using search features, to in turn fill more direct-hire positions.
• We have to pay or Career Builder for thousands of people, so that takes away from ROI.
