The entire company, all departments have access to [CareerSiteBuilder]. Not many outside of HR actually access it. It is primarily used to post job listings and to search for posted resumes. Things don't always match up correctly and that at times can be aggravating when there is a time crunch

- The matching up of positions and openings sometimes doesn't work out
- It has been a great tool in finding quick job seekers
