CareerSiteBuilder vs. Skillsoft Instructor-Led Training

If you have a job opening or a high turn around rate like we do. (we are a staffing company) [CareerSiteBuilder] is a great place to to start. It is affordable and reaches hundreds of potential employees. When you search resumes sometimes when you enter keywords you have to play around with it to find the right phrasing. Its not difficult just time consuming.

For some of the topics in my organization, Skillsoft Academy is best suited due to the length of the course and the ease to understand. However, the courses are very limited being a Cloud user. There are various platforms that offer a wide range of courses for Cloud. Though Skillsoft offers many courses, they are easy to understand which makes the user comfortable with the platform.

• Practical in-depth presentations
• Exam questions do make you think
• Updated material
• Good selection for IT and product focused engineering professionals

• There are some missing functionalities that could be addressed such as fusing resume search and recruitment edge.

• Some of the courses are too lengthy.

[I selected Skillsoft Academy because it's] much easier to use and has relevant courses. I would like to give 4.5 stars to the course selection, delivery, content, and exams

• We have been able to present MORE candidates to our clients in the staffing industry, and therefore fill more positions.
• We are able to find MORE QUALIFIED candidates using search features, to in turn fill more direct-hire positions.
• We have to pay or Career Builder for thousands of people, so that takes away from ROI.
