It is affordable and reaches hundreds of potential employees. When you search resumes sometimes when you enter keywords you have to play around with it to find the right phrasing. Its not difficult just time consuming.

It makes it possible to track candidate information, resumes, interview times, and feedback, expediting the hiring process. The app could be much better as compared to the website. Sometimes it lags when using mobile application. It could be better . Other wise it is useful.
