CareerSiteBuilder vs. Zalvis ATS (discontinued)

If you have a job opening or a high turn around rate like we do. (we are a staffing company) [CareerSiteBuilder] is a great place to to start. It is affordable and reaches hundreds of potential employees. When you search resumes sometimes when you enter keywords you have to play around with it to find the right phrasing. Its not difficult just time consuming.

With the powerful applicant tracking features provided by Zalvis ATS, HR can effectively manage the whole hiring process, from the receipt of applications to the onboarding of applicants. It makes it possible to track candidate information, resumes, interview times, and feedback, expediting the hiring process. The app could be much better as compared to the website. Sometimes it lags when using mobile application. It could be better . Other wise it is useful.

• Zalvis can schedule the interviews of applicants
• It can also send offer letters
• It does also support applicant ratings

• There are some missing functionalities that could be addressed such as fusing resume search and recruitment edge.

• We encounter restrictions in terms of how much they can modify the system to meet their unique needs.
• Customers who want to use third-party tools or systems that are not a part of the Zalvis ecosystem may encounter integration problems.
• Video interview feature is missing.

• We have been able to present MORE candidates to our clients in the staffing industry, and therefore fill more positions.
• We are able to find MORE QUALIFIED candidates using search features, to in turn fill more direct-hire positions.
• We have to pay or Career Builder for thousands of people, so that takes away from ROI.

• We have hired 3 candidates by using this software. The employees are extremely knowledgeable in their fields, so this software make it possible to make the best use of it.
• We have reduced our hiring expenses by one third by using Zalvis ATS
• Hiring time also has been reduced from 30 days to 10/13 days.
