Caypro vs. FingerCheck

I would definitely recommend it to my fellows as it is very efficent to use. It’s cost efficent and it is adding some new features related to salary calculation which are way better then any other tool currently available in market.

Its suitable for almost every size of company.

It reduces a lot of managemt work .

Its good for a company that wants employees to see their available PTO and request it themselves. it's easy for each employee to clock in and out. The supervisors can have access to all their employees and see who is working at any given moment. It's a pretty good system.

• It’s real beast for onboarding process.
• It have a very good system of managing staff.
• It’s also great for assigning tasks.

• Exception handeling
• Automatic email reports
• Integrates very well with payroll system
• Extremely well in working out employee benefit accruals

• It’s attendance system need a little improvement. It has a good interface but it’s very basic.
• It should add some new feature like assigning leave to new employees.
• It should a module for advance salary.

• It can be hard to tell when the last time your PTO was updated.
• If you forget to clock in - you need a supervisor to approve your request.

I would always recommend Caypro over AccuRecruiter or even every other tool because of its price and functionality. It’s cheaper then any other tool and it’s easy to use. Plus they are also adding new features related to advance salary, so it will be benifical for employees as well as management for processing
