Talent now Recruit X is the real game in the market. It handles our everything now. We mostly use it for onboarding new batches in our team. We just have to add their attributes and it’s done. It’s very useful for company like us where we have to recruit 100s of new agents every week.
- It’s real beast for onboarding process.
- It have a very good system of managing staff.
- It’s also great for assigning tasks.
- It’s attendance system need a little improvement. It has a good interface but it’s very basic.
- It should add some new feature like assigning leave to new employees.
- It should a module for advance salary.

I would always recommend Caypro over AccuRecruiter or even every other tool because of its price and functionality. It’s cheaper then any other tool and it’s easy to use. Plus they are also adding new features related to advance salary, so it will be benifical for employees as well as management for processing.
