CBT Nuggets vs. Ideagen Procedure Management

CBT Nuggets is well suited for people who need
to learn in nuggets/small packets, business professionals on the run, and those
who need modular content for a wide range of topics. This is also suitable for
people/employees looking for upskilling, certification exams, or business growth.
It is also suited to large organizations that want to upskill their workforce.
This might not be suited for people looking for supplementary content, or people
attending regular in-class educational/training, sessions as this provides
comprehensive content rather than supplementary content. Also not suited for those who are looking for written materials for training like
books, notes, ppt, etc.

Prior platforms wouldn't allow custom expiry dates for uploaded certificates. Op Central allows us to adjust this based on when team memeber uploaded completed the relative course or noted expiry of their licence. Could have better function for custom fields that can be tailored to different roles/groups and by location. We have many team members who are not require to have certain documents uploaded they have the custom field shown on their profiles due to there not being any target options

• It's on-demand. You can take zero or 100 courses for the same price and at your own convenience.
• Courses are organized extremely well and instructors are great.
• You can cover a wide range of training topics - Microsoft, Networking, database, ETC.
• You can go back and re-watch videos to get a better understanding.

• While the trainers are good, sometimes their accent make them hard to understand.
• More practice questions at the end that simulate the certification test.
• Perhaps a score card that with those questions that tell you where to spend more time training.

• Easy formatting - allowing the screen to expand when creating a document
• Provide hardcopies of updfating documents that are not watermarked to be used if there were ever an issue with accessing the platform.

Previously using World Manager, we would constantly have to flip between 3 different variations depending on brand. Ideagen Op Central now has everything built into one convenient location that is user friendly and easy to use.

• This tool helped many people to clear their certification exams by providing in-depth training.
• Helped employees achieve their personal learning goals.
• CNT Nuggets also has a positive impact on upskilling employees/interns for better productivity.

• Allows all brands to be housed on one platform rather than across 3
• Mitigates the manual labour in preparing policies, converting to PDF, loading and then notifying teams of changes
