  • Customer service follow-through
  • Making it easy to see your income
  • Having work-arounds when they have technical glitches - for example, just allow me to mark the transaction as paid if you can't link it to the transaction.

Not applicable. I am a ProAdvisor and I do not allow my clients (with few exceptions) to work in QuickBooks Online. I am the only person booking transactions, etc.
