Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Solopreneur

  • Requirements gathering
  • Product selection
  • Solution Integration
Yes. Easy set-up and tools for productivity were offered. This was the best version to assist my client with immediate growth.

Pros

  • Initial Set-up
  • Continual Management
  • Organization
  • Integration

Cons

  • Errors seem more prominent than on other versions
Do not like QBO Self-Employed. QuickBooks Solopreneur offered more options at an affordable price.
QuickBooks Solopreneur has a built-in management tool much like other, more expensive versions.
  • QuickBooks Self-Employed (discontinued)
QuickBooks Solopreneur seems more versatile and much more improved than that of QuickBooks Self-Employed. I think Intuit was right to discontinue QuickBooks Self-Employed and replace it with QuickBooks Solopreneur.

Yes

Are you happy with QuickBooks Solopreneur's feature set?

Yes

Did QuickBooks Solopreneur live up to sales and marketing promises?

Did implementation of QuickBooks Solopreneur go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy QuickBooks Solopreneur again?

Yes

QuickBooks Solopreneur is very well suited for a self-employed new business owner looking to jump in and grow their business from onset.

Evaluating QuickBooks Solopreneur and Competitors

I would not change anything. I think QuickBooks Solopreneur has exceeded QuickBooks Self-Employed. It is more versatile and far better suited for one self-employed individual. It is easy to learn and the initial set-up is quite easy for a non-experienced user.

QuickBooks Solopreneur Implementation

No issues encountered with implementation. Runs smoothly.
  • None - Transition/Implementation was smooth
  • Hassle Free
  • No issues

QuickBooks Solopreneur Training

Not applicable. I am a ProAdvisor and I do not allow my clients (with few exceptions) to work in QuickBooks Online. I am the only person booking transactions, etc.
