Celayix vs. Timeclock.Kiwi

This is software that will be very useful for all companies since they will be able to control the entries and exits of their employees in their jobs, the hours worked, shift changes, and everything related to the performance of the staff. They will not have to worry about personnel planning because the software will do it.

The staff was able to start using it straight away, they didn't need to be taught as it is really simple. Have set up several of them around the factory and as they are all synced in real-time people can sign in at anyone they want which is really helpful as it is a big site. Also being able to get the "trouble makers" to have to use a PIN has stopped the complaints about people clocking them out while they were working.

• The control of time and absences, allows us to keep all payroll, payments, and control of days worked, in order.
• Its interface is very intuitive and easy to master, we do not need technical service for installation or use.
• The activities that can be programmed automatically, such as alarms, mailings, and other activities, and facilitates daily work.

• Easy to use, clever design and the setup is really easy.
• Getting the data into my payroll is incredibly easy.
• Very cheap, the pricing is by far the best I have ever seen on a product like this.

• The no guarantee of temporary employees returning to work is a big concern and accountability is difficult

• None, the software is very easy to use. Nothing to complain about.

We were given a dedicated customer service rep that is there whenever we need them. Emails are answered within hours and the knowledge base they have has many of the answers including easy to follow how-to's. We haven't run into any issues that can't be solved in less than 24 hours.

Celayix is a flexible and powerful employee scheduling tool with a secure online cloud used to create and edit schedules. It is the very best automated scheduling solution that allows us to manage the workforce digitally and it is a great resource for any organization.

• We needed to automate much of the shift allocations and this solution did it.
• The solution we picked had to have integrations such as Salesforce and Celayix has that.
