What is Timeclock.Kiwi?
A cloud timeclock program that is used to either track hours worked or log time against a job.
Export the calculated data in a format of choice or straight into favourite payroll program.
Update Kiosk settings in the portal and it will be updated instantly from anywhere
Time can be logged against a job or task, to keep track of materials used and record notes if something out of the ordinary happens. Everything can be associated to a Cost Code so the data can be exported into accounting software.
A 3 month free trial is available, and the it costs 42 USD per kiosk, per year.

The staff uses it to clock in and out every day. They were able to start using it straight away, they didn't need to be taught as it is really simple. The setup was also simple and has saved me lots of time already. Very happy so far as this is way more reliable than my old time clock that would break all the time and had issues with daylight savings.
- Cheap, monthly cost is very good. Couldn't find a better alternative.
- Can use an old tablet like an ipad if you have one lying around.
- Adding in all the jobs manually is time consuming, looking forward to getting the API.
- Ability to clock in and out
- Having users have a PIN to sign in
- Easy to export the data in the format that we need for payroll
- Saves a lot of time for payroll
- Less time spent trying to figure out what is wrong with the time clock today haha

It has really been fantastic to use. The boys found it easy to figure out and it has been easy to get all the payroll data. Also the features for automatically calculating break times and shift rounding are really handy. Fixing mistakes through the portal is also great because you can just click on the bar for that shift and quickly fix any mistakes.

It has been great to use. It is simple setup and getting the data into my payroll is incredibly easy. The users also didn't need to be taught how to use it they just got it straight away.
