Another strong point is performance management as it allows for real-time KPI information and analysis and for some precision on-demand learning. It does not have a plug and play course catalog, so it isn't a solution if you are looking for a catalog of courses for employee development.

Gametize is way more friendly with the users, there are a lot of templates and ways to implement characteristics of other games and challenges to your own activities. Is very efficient with customer service and even if it's a little pricey there are softwares for gamification that cost even more.
