Additional DetailsList prices are in euros: EUR 15 per month for the first practitioner and EUR 9 per month for each additional seat, so a three-person clinic pays EUR 33 per month. Turkish practices are billed locally (TRY 500 per month, TRY 300 per extra seat); USD is also supported. Prepaying a term reduces the price: 5% for three months, 10% for six and 20% for twelve. The free plan is not a trial and does not expire, so a solo practitioner can run a public booking page and unlimited client records at no cost indefinitely. Paid plans remove the monthly appointment allowance and add the clinical side: session notes and progress reports, treatment and meal plan builder, custom forms, service catalogue and price list, invoicing and outstanding balances, and AI assistance. There is no setup fee, no long-term contract, and no per-appointment commission on clients who arrive through the Vitena directory.

Oracle
Well suited in the clinical setting although a little tedious. Not suited in many other places.

Pros
Oracle
  • Scheduling - I personally enjoy the ease of use with the solution. It also has a great "memory" as to patient rescheduling, no shows, etc. Being able to create multiple schedules to reflect different practitioners is such a major plus in this system.
  • Customization - I am able to create Super-bills, Global Periods, and Insurance Details pertinent to each patient and not have to RECREATE them every time like I had to in past systems.
  • EOB - an added bonus is the ability for the system to check EOB ahead of time. This is a HUGE time saving in an office!

Everything within the system works smoothly, it’s just time-consuming and could be a bit more simplistic.

I personally would use this system over any other systems currently on the market. Athena has a nice product...however, it can be quite expensive and the colors are draining on the eyes. eClinical Works also has a system that is comparable, but the customization I found wasn't as easy as the Cerner product
