CGM eMDs vs. DuxWare Practice Management

I think [eMDs Plus (formerly McKesson)] would do better with people who are familiar with computers. It isn't terribly intuitive so there's that but also these products don't provide the kind of training that would assist novice computer users. But, other than that, it's a good, solid product that provides everything a practice would need.

Duxware has worked so well with our EMR system of MDIntelleSys since the beginning. Any issues are very quickly addressed and fixed

Aprima is a much newer application with features the 1st generation of EHRs did not have. But, I do not necessarily find it easier to use. It has a lot of "moving parts" so to speak and isn't really intuitive. I've used others than I found easier to learn and use.

The front page was the deciding factor. We don't have to go from page to page to see the entire patient information.
