    Due to their vast areas of expertise, they can be leveraged in different projects. They can also be used to augment the current architecture and provide redundancy as needed. We use their engineers to review architectures and get industry recommendations.

    They are available when needed and the runbook is followed 80% of the time. There can be some missed processes, which can lead to problems.

    We used hosting.com in the past. The customer support is significantly better. Knowledge of products is more. Better handling of expedited/emergency situations. Responsive to feedback. The account rep is available for any escalations. Due to the vast area of expertise, we leverage them for different aspects of infrastructure
