Chezuba vs. Votigo

When work becomes too monotonous or in case someone is looking to divert from their regular work, taking up a project where one can volunteer with a skill they haven’t used in a while can be just the thing they need to take a break and approach their work with a new perspective. This is very refreshing indeed

If you want a fully integrated and customized solution Votigo is the way to go. But it is not a cheap or fast option. If you can work within the self service template it can be a fast, inexpensive option.

• Votigo is flexibile with program implementation and customization. Project for 3M
• Votigo is a always timely with follow up and technical support and resolution

• Their presence in Australia is relatively less compared to other regions
• We hope this can integrate with more HRMS tools in the future
• Grants module is still in nascent stages

• I wish we had more flexibility with the design options like CSS and HTML at the lower cost self service option.
• I wish the API option was less expensive or had more flexabilty in the design
• Please remove the Votigo branding for the self service solution. I would be willing to pay more but not a lot more.

Great product and amazing customer service - we not just get the job done but they excel at what they do - no need for us to change at all

For a custom or API implementation I think it is a great option and they have great customer service. The self service option is too rigid and I need more application options and design customization

They built it keeping all users including non tech savvy guys in mind, no complains at all. Besides, their product is very customizable so makes our job even easier

They respond within a few hours and resolve any issues within 24 hours, they are super sweet!

• High quality product: After evaluating a few products for several months, I can say with conviction that Chezuba is the best product in the space

• It is a great solution but I now see a lot of other products with more advanced reporting and lower costs.
