Cons	Cielo Talent Ease of user interaction - sometimes too many clicks to accomplish an individual task. Attaching a document could be a much more straightforward process Exporting candidate info is a bit cumbersome. The partnership with Choice in addition to the multiple technological capabilities of the new site and enhanced SEO capabilities made them the obvious choice for us to move forward with. Compared to the other groups evaluated, Milestone was the only one to talk about results vs. the process which gave us confidence they were the right long-term partner.
