We looked at several providers but felt that Milestone's top down commitment was the ideal match for our organization. The partnership with Choice in addition to the multiple technological capabilities of the new site and enhanced SEO capabilities made them the obvious choice for us to move forward with. Compared to the other groups evaluated, Milestone was the only one to talk about results vs. the process which gave us confidence they were the right long-term partner.
With our Milestone developed website, we have significantly improved our SEO performance and gained terrific flexibility in our marketing options. The CRS allows for easy access without much training and our ability to adapt quickly, which was especially important over the last year, has provided multiple revenue opportunities. My experience with Milestone is limited to web development and on-going support so cannot comment on additional areas that Milestone operates in but my time have been very positive in working with them.
