Cisco Webex Share (discontinued) vs. StarLeaf (discontinued)

Cisco Webex Share is more preferred to use in a meeting with more than 15 people where there are many presentations or content to be shared with others. Once connected with the main screen it becomes easy to share with others. There are scenarios like classroom teaching where Cisco Webex Share will be time-consuming to set up and hence normal HDMI setup will work.

StarLeaf is good because it is allowing our Company and global teams to create and conduct meetings and video calls. However, the mic often has issues as well as connection problems. The mobile app is excellent for joining the video conf calls.

• The microphone has lots of issues, specially in the beginning of calls.
• Quality of the sound sometimes is not the greatest.

Cisco Webex Share has made it easy to share the presentations in the meetings and hence the meeting time has drastically reduced. Moreover we have also tried to do collaborative work with Cisco Webex Share and it has been really helpful. Hence overall if something happens to the product I will be more than happy to renew the product.

Microsoft Teams, when I used, was far better than StarLeaf, on video, sound, and feature connections.

• The discussion among the presentations has become very easy as remotely the members can share their screen. Hence the meeting time has reduced.
• We have been doing business meetings with many companies and hence Cisco Webex Share has made it easy and it has increased the profit of the company.
• Overall the return on investment has also increased.
