Cisco Webex Social (Discontinued) vs. HyperOffice Enterprise Collaboration Suite

For the most part, this is a great software solution for the average user. For consulting it's ok, but [there aren't] that many reach features.

It is well suited for the medium to large companies, where you are managing a large amount of data and files. Least suited for the small companies or startups.

• Simple interface which makes it easy to operate.
• Great Features to facilitate the needs.

• Recording feature cannot record phone sound just computer sound.
• Recording feature does not generate a file with "known" extension, it needs specific player.

• Takes time to learn the functionalities.
• A bit pricey for small companies.
• Extra help required to learn.

I've heard good things about the customer support team of HyperOffice but never had any experience myself.

It is simpler to use compared to other tools. Microsoft has a great product but there are a lot of bugs. And compared to GoToMeeting it has more features.

The platform is easy-to-use and helpful in managing projects. Additionally, email-based communication and updates are great.

• It is good, helps tremendously and saves a lot of time in case you have to go see what user is doing or understand what they are trying to achieve.
• Great user experience.
• Users like it.
