GoToMeeting is the only tool we are currently using throughout the entire organization to conduct online meetings and trainings without the need of participants to be in the premises to attend the meetings because they can join from any location

Teams are able to meet often using GoToMeeting and able to collaborate at any time, solve urgent matters therefore increasing productivity

We use GoToMeeting across our entire organization from internal meetings to client meetings, from webinars to trainings and recordings. GoToMeeting allows us to communicate with each other across oceans and with all our clients across all timezones. GoToMeeting serves many a purpose - we use it to have simple daily meetings with each other, to screenshare and work thru problems together; and we use to quickly hop on with a client to solve a problem or an issue.

GoToMeeting is the remote meeting software utilized at Somerton Middle School to provide collaboration with teachers, administrators, and students. An online weekly meeting among teachers is required and this online videoconferencing tool is very useful and reliable. Also, due to the current teaching set-up caused by the pandemic, teachers in our school used this software as well to deliver online teaching and interact with the students. As a teacher, this software is so helpful because it has features and functionalities that are functional, usable, reliable, adaptable, and performed well. The cancellation of classes across the US created problems for teachers and our organization was proactive considering the challenges by introducing and using GoToMeeting as the online platform that teachers can depend on to still continue the classes. Online classes became possible and meaningful using this remote meeting application because the audio and video features work perfectly regardless of the devices used to connect in the online meeting. Overall, this software makes the online learning experience for both students and teachers enjoyable because this software has a graphical user interface that everyone using it can easily operate and navigate.

Teachers were still able to teach through this technology and it has a positive impact in our community because parents are delighted that our school was still able to provide quality education with the students. With the great features of this software, teachers still can accomplish a lot of school-related activities such as interacting with the students, teaching the students one on one, providing feedback with the students, and collaborating with other teachers. Productivity and efficiency on the teacher's end are still observed in maximizing the power that technology offers.

GoToMeeting is used across my organization to allow people who are geographically separated to meet virtually and communicate effectively. There are a number of different situations where we have historically used GoToMeeting. It could be we have remote team members and we need to include them in a meeting. It could be that we are having a meeting with people in different offices across the country. It could be that our support team is attempting to help a customer through a problem and needs to see their screen to effectively understand what is going on. It could be that an engineering team needs to do a research call with a client and potentially get their feedback on a prototype.

GoToMeeting has enabled our teams to be more collaborative and responsive to customer and business needs because it has allowed people who are geographically separated to work together to come up with solutions to complex problems. It's also helped our support team be much more effective by allowing them to actually see the problem that clients are running into rather than going back and forth trying to explain it by email or over the phone.

We use GoToMeeting to host meetings with customers. Our sales department uses the service to show our desktop to prospective customers for presentations as well as see their screen for hands-on demos. They also sometimes set up meetings to utilize the call-in number as a conference number without sharing any screens. Our support uses the service to view customers desktops so they can support them with implementations.

We don't really use GoToMeeting to increase the internal productivity since we are a small staff and all in one location. We don't utilize the collaboration tools either. It has cut down on travel since we can host meetings with prospective customers from afar. it also allows us to provide better support by viewing the customers screen.

I use GoToMeeting across the whole organization for weekly catch-up meetings with the team.

Not able to use it much as the number of seats is limited to 11. I tried for the last two weeks to change it but it is impossible to get any support from GoToMeeting. They are too busy.

We use this for new hire orientation and other meetings where we need to have remote attendees.

It has made our new hire organizations much more effective for our remote attendees. It is also much easier to use and only requires internet access.

GoToMeeting is our go-to (no pun intended) webinar platform for hosting 1:1 or group meetings. We use it for both on-demand and scheduled meetings. The platform helps to connect us with our clients and internal team members to facilitate easy collaboration.

GTM has increased efficiency by allowing me to make real-time changes with my clients on projects I am creating for them. For example, if a client wants to change the copy or design of a piece of collateral, I just share my screen and we make the changes in real-time, saving us from using emails to send change requests back and forth. I also run marketing automation platforms for my customers and when I am training a new user I am able to provide support remotely and in real-time. A web conferencing tool is a must for any business.

I am a classic GoToMeeting user, I have had an account and used it to set up calls for clients/colleagues and connections. I have used it on a desktop and on a mobile device. I have used the calendaring function as well as the presentation features. It has been used to ensure teleconferencing/meeting can occur quickly and simply. I have accessed it using a phone as well via an IP connection.

It has enabled me to have meetings effectively over the phone or video rather than having to spend time (and money) commuting. There is no comparison to meeting people face to face, and until someone comes up with a VR experience GoToMeeting is as good as any other platform to ensure a good collaboration experience. The one area I have not really had any benefit with is on the whiteboarding side of things.

We had an enterprise license for our entire higher education campus. I am in the AV department so we supported the end users (as well as using it ourselves). Primary features we liked where ability to record and bridge phone users to computer audio users.

GoToMeeting was used for a number of types of"meetings". Interviewing faculty candidates, interviewing potential vendors/partners, guest lecturers, and remote teaching. Having this tool either made it possible for the meeting to take place or saved considerable money versus an on-premise meeting. Much of the guest speaking in classes would never have happened without it, regardless of budget, the time commitment difference of a one hour web conference versus traveling to campus made it possible.

We use GoToMeeting for their webinar portal every week. We use it for weekly webinars, and also to have one on one demo meetings for clients that need more help with a walk through of our software. This helps us be able to give our customers/new customers an opportunity to see our software without having to meet in person.

Our productivity has increased because now we can allow for hundreds of new clients/customers to sign up and attend our software demos without having to schedule personalized meetings with each and every one of them. It's also an opportunity for customers to ask questions and others listening in to hear and feel more educated.

We use GoToMeeting for webinars, training, virtual meetings with clients and internal meetings. I like being able to share my screen for webinars and meetings, and then being able to change the presenter or give controls to someone else while training on various processes and systems within my organization.

GoToMeeting has helped us be more productive and responsive to our clients. I am able to hold webinars and demos of our systems and processes in real time and this has helped us to close deals. I think it's a great tool and I am glad we have this capability for our business.

GotoMeeting is being used to allow persons that are scattered throughout remote locations whether staff or external parties to have meetings and communicate effectively. They can join via phoneline, smartphone whether iOS or Android and via computer with the use of a browser and the GoToMeeting plugin. This allows people to meet, communicate and collaborate despite there locations.

I would say it has helped in reducing costs more than making an impact on productivity. Although, it is easier to come to decisions when people can meet and collaborate without needing to be in the same physical space. The biggest impact is when multiple parties need to communicate, with a tool like GoToMeeting, you are able to do so via multiple platforms.

We use GoToMeeting within the Client Success department at my company every day. It allows us to have a huge amount of flexibility when it comes to troubleshooting issues with customers by utilizing its screen-sharing capabilities, but it also is an easy-to-use forum to have multiple people join a meeting remotely.

At this point, GoToMeeting is crucial to our business, in regards to how our department works with our clients. It is invaluable, in terms of what it brings to the table and how much our reps rely on it every day. The flexibility and it being so user friendly, really sets it apart from other competitors in the industry.

GoToMeeting is used for our daily and weekly meetings with different clients and management. I am working remotely and this is the best tool to communicate, share screen and get training from our seniors. The best thing about it is that there are no sound break issues or any distortion. Our meetings are smooth and reliable.

Our productivity has improved as we can share our work with our remote users and it saves a lot of time and effort. Even if we don't have the application installed, we can have it on web-based view. We can share meeting links to our remote users and they can also join from the web interface.

We have 9 locations across the entire County. Coordinating meetings between patients is a challenge. GoToMeeting allows us to schedule meetings without requiring providers and staff to block off their schedules for travel time. We are also able to record training sessions and post the videos on our intranet for those that could not attend.

The greatest efficiency is the time savings from travel. Physicians struggle to find time in their schedules for meetings. Often, they have to block off patient slots to attend meetings, which results in lost revenue and unhappy patients. GoToMeeting made it possible for us to hold meetings without adjusting patient schedules.

GoToMeeting is used across the whole organization as a way to meet and collaborate since we are a remote workforce. The business problem it solves is that we are not all in the same place, and when we need to meet and either share documents or screens or even talk, we can easily do it with GoToMeeting.

Again, as a remote workforce, this tool is essential to being able to get the work done. With GoToMeeting, we don't have to worry about where anyone is. So if we need to meet on the fly unexpectedly, all we need to do is start a meeting, and we are ready to go.

GoToMeeting was used quite a bit throughout PitchBook. I personally used it as a new business representative demonstrating our software platform. But we also used it to run meetings across offices, host quarter launches, etc.

Our organization cannot operate without a tool like GoToMeeting. It's as simple as that. As a SaaS company we need to be able to convey our platform and without in-person meetings this cannot be done efficiently.

So overall I would say it's made us extremely efficient in comparison to past tools.

We sell software, and doing digital demonstrations is a primary sales tactic for us. To do that, we have utilized GoToMeeting to setup our presentations. GoToMeeting lets us meet virtually with anyone, anywhere, at any time. It has been an invaluable tool for us to grow our company.

We have clients that we work with from all over the world. GoToMeeting gives us a platform to have a meeting that we can securely and reliably communicate as if we were across the table. We use GoToMeeting any time we need more than a phone call but cannot be in the same room as the client.

GoToMeeting helps us run and participate in webinars, as well as do conference calling within our own team (remote team members) as well as clients across the country with ease. Obviously video calls and screen sharing is on the up-and-up, but it's also a necessity in our digital space and industry.

This has definitely helped with connecting our remote team members. We have team members all across the country that we need to ping throughout the day/night and collaborate with. Since we are all on different time zones across the country it makes a huge difference to have an effective way to communicate that is reliable, not laggy and just simply works all the time.

GoToMeeting is used by our entire organization. It has become our 'go-to' tool for conducting virtual meetings, remote training sessions, and even presentations by our sales team. It allows us to effectively review materials online without being in the same room. It has allowed our organization to be more flexible with employees' work locations and schedules.

We often have to review detailed proposals that just cannot be easily reviewed over the phone. The only options we have are to review the presentations through a web conference or by traveling to give the presentation in person. With GoToMeeting, we often choose the former. We have complete confidence that the tool is going to work all the time and we can completely rely on it to perform.

GoToMeeting is used for video conferencing among a small group of employees, 3-7, with an outside consultant on a monthly basis. It offers the ability to bring in experts for training without the costs and logistics of travel. It allows the experts to set aside a few hours of their day, rather than commit several days to bring face-to-face training.

Our company has been able to set up a regular schedule of meetings, put them into the employees' calendars and allow each person to prepare for the meeting. This consistency allows the employees an opportunity to bring any concerns or new ideas to the group as a whole on a regular basis.

We use GoToMeeting as a part of our Jive implementation. Since GoToMeeting owns Jive, we got it free as part of our phone system suite. We were previously paying for 250 seats on our own and were really able to save some money once Jive became a GoToMeeting-owned company.

Productivity has soared through the roof. Phone outages are over for the most part. Integration for our users to be anywhere and attend a meeting virtually is an amazing added bonus.

We are a consulting firm, so GoToMeeting is used throughout our process. From doing screen-shares during the sales process in order to understand needs and determine requirements, to walking through SOWs and answering questions, GoToMeeting is what we use. During the implementation process, GoToMeeting is critical to show clients how things are progressing along and to get feedback on the new system that is built out. Also, for training we use GoToMeeting to show the actual system the client will be using.

It helps productivity very much. We work with companies all across the world, and having a GoToMeeting makes it possible for companies to work with us. Instead of only being local, it allows us to reach out beyond our offices. Also, when training a sales team, most are outside teams, so having them all in the same room is tough. That only happens once a year, typically, but GoToMeeting allows us to do trainings with all sales staff.

GoTo Meeting was used across my entire organization. Every employee had an account to use both internally and externally. Since 50% of our staff are remote, this tool allowed for us to video chat with each other instead of just having conference calls. I believe this really helped with staff morale as well as overall productivity to be able to have screen sharing, etc.

Towards the end of our time with GoTo, it really negatively impacted our organization's productivity. We would have to stop video chatting so that there wouldn't be any issues with the on-screen functionality like screen share. It was almost like we could only get video at the expense of something else. It never was ok to have it all on that platform.
