From LogMeIn, GoToMeeting is an online meeting, desktop sharing, and video conferencing software that enables users to connect via the internet. It hosts a suite of online meeting tools, including real-time screen sharing and integrated audio.https://media.trustradius.com/product-logos/3I/CZ/CJMTEKBSKLZT.PNGIt meets our needs but could improveGoToMeeting meets most of our needs, but it is not very user friendly in comparison to others. When using computer audio, quality seems to be lower, though this may be due to connectivity issues. Dialing in is much better quality. Other solutions are much easier to set up a "you call me" option for dialing in. It is my understanding that you can set GoTo up to call the meeting participants, but it's just not intuitive or easy to do. It is just very annoying to have to dial and then punch in both codes (followed by the # sign). That said, the mobile app works really well.,Screen-sharing works well. Haven't noticed anything above and beyond other vendors, but nothing to complain about. Meeting recording is simple. Outlook integration is simple and easy to use.,It's just clunky. I find we spend more time making sure everything is set up okay at the beginning of each meeting than with other vendors. Swapping presenter rights is a pain! Wish we could just share the screen in our meetings--maybe this is a setting we have to change on our end. Finding the right way to do audio. When we are in conference meetings with a few of us in person, and a few others joining remotely, we always seem to spend a few minutes figuring out who to mute, who not to mute, etc. before the meeting gets started. It is possible to join a meeting via computer, app in smartphone or phone call. It is very simple and easy to learn how to use.,I believe there is a small limit in the number of attendees to a meeting. It could be easier to record a call and share it with others. It allows saving a lot of time and money on trips, specially because it allows to share a lot of information through the screen sharing feature. Project managers can create meetings on behalf of others and co-host. It is also very easy to use and easy to learn. Clients have an easy time joining meetings as no admin rights are required.,The co-host meetings option is very smart. Great interface. Easy to record meetings. Stable connection.,Licensing can be a bit confusing and should be simplified. It would be nice if GoToMeeting - and webinar would be combined. Support, if needed, is pretty bad.,7,It helped with a stable connection with customers from different parts of the world making it easier to earn money. It makes it convenient to gather multiple decision makers and share information regarding the needs of the client. The invitation and login process is extremely easy. The screen sharing gives great visuals.,The app has frequent issues. The initial invite ends up in spam frequently,7,It is highly used with my clients and provides a direct impact on increasing the value of our partnership. It gives us the ability to all stay on the same page.,Zoom, Webex Meetings, TeamViewer, Cisco Webex Calling, Join.me and Lifesize Video Conferencing,7,Zoom Video Webinar, Webex Meetings, Join.meGoToMeeting - Not as Great as WebexGoToMeeting was our virtual meeting platform of choice before it was replaced with Webex. It was used by the whole organization to help us connect and collaborate across remote locations. GoToMeeting was very easy to use. I was able to to set up meetings quickly without any issues, and my leader pin never changed, which was nice. I had it memorized after a few times of using it, so there was never any fumbling around for meeting details when trying to connect. However, it had some limitations, which may be tied to the type of license I had. For example, I couldn't host two meetings at the same time, which was frustrating for some of my projects. Not everyone in our organization had a license to set up meetings, so occasionally I ran into scheduling problems with my team in creating meetings for them. It just turned into a hassle, which is why we switched to Webex. Again, I'm sure this could have been a license issue. Probably related is that I couldn't record meetings with GoToMeeting. Again, probably tied to my type of license. But I have that capability now, which is great.,Easy to set up meetings and invite others to participate, whether those were planned in advance or created on the fly. Sharing my screen, running a meeting, and watching the participant panel for questions worked well too. I loved the layout and ease of switching back and forth to other presenters as needed. Very collaborative. Using it outside my organization was a big plus. Although vendors used other tools such as Webex or Zoom, they were always able to work in GoToMeeting without a problem. Never hindered work in the slightest.,I'd love to see recording improved. Perhaps it was just my license, but recording was always an issue for me. May just user error. Who knows, but it was a big enough pain to cause us to look for another solution as an organization. We didn't have integration with Microsoft Exchange, which would have been great to have. It wasn't necessary, but it just took more time than needed to login to GoToMeeting, set up the meeting, and then copy and paste into my Outlook meeting invite. Maybe this has been addressed, or we just didn't do it as an organization. All could be true. But we didn't have it at the time, and it was annoying.,7,It was great - kept us from traveling and allowed easy collaboration. Very easy to use - no training required. There was some fumbling around initially, but we all picked it up pretty quick. I would have liked to learn more about it. Integration with Google Calendar.,The side panel for conference details (attendees, chat etc) gives my navigation challenges -- there's too much packed into too little space, and it's hard to find what I need while I'm also presenting. Maybe bigger buttons for most used, and minimize or hide the other less used features? For example, I never use chat. When customers join there is a moment of confusion if they have really joined. It would be nice to let people join, see they are successfully connected both visually and audio, and allow the presenter to see the same, and when ready, open the conference so that all can hear and see, avoiding the whole "hello, are you there?" that often happens.,9,Tremendous time savings. We used it across the organization and especially when working with industry associations. The simplicity of the platform allowed us to use it on the fly with customers who weren't previously familiar with the system.,No matter the platform (PC, Mac, tablet, etc.) it's fast and easy to start an instant meeting with anyone. Screen sharing, multi-camera support, and document sharing make it easy to present the right info at the right time. Calendar integration makes it easy to schedule with one or many people at at time.,While the system is very robust, at times I'd like to see a scaled down option for one-to-one meetings. Sharing a file instead of screen sharing would be a nice add-in. A faster keyboard shortcut for mute / unmute would be useful.,8,The ability to present products to customers and to record the session for their later review allows for more engaged and longer-lasting customer interactions. Since we can send recordings after a meeting to attendees who missed it, we can ensure that all our intended audience members get the information they need. I would say it could always be cheaper. Freeware works well but when you get to enterprise-level, you get what you pay for so no real issues.,9,We do not have enough data here to quantify a response on ROI. I know the users that use it here like the product. The system can be used for one-way presentations, such as webinars, where only the host can speak.,When used on a computer it leaves behind traces, such as the GoToOpener. Removing the travel required to meet face to face is sometimes enough to close the deal. For our particular use, we are often invited to join a GoToMeeting webinar or event. The option to use or join the platform is available to the entire organization. It helps solve the screen sharing and video conference needs while allowing the instructors to have complete control over the webinar/session.,Easy to use and setup. The install of the apps (either on mobile or computer) is relatively quick and easy. Once installed, the simple click to join a meeting could not be easier. The audio on a GoToMeeting is great! Audio is clear. You also have the option of using your device's audio or joining from a phone line. This flexibility allows for convenience. The features of GoToMeeting, screen sharing, chat, Q&A, etc., are among the best. Icons on the platform indicate what that option is and it could not be any easier.,If there is an option to join a GoToMeeting without having to download an app, that would be great. Some users may not have the admin rights to install apps. If joining from a web-based browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) is an option, that would be great and convenient. Not a big deal, but it would be great is having a live transcript for those who have audio problems would be great. If a transcript/caption was offered in realtime, that could also help ADA attendees with hearing issues.,8,GoToMeeting helps to reduce costs for having on-site training. These costs may include, travel, hotel, and food expenses. GoToMeeting is also on par with other platforms, perhaps on a more budgeted scale (inexpensive option). Being able to not only talk but to see each other make it look like we all work in the same office even if we don't.,Quick meetings on the spot. The meet now features work really well for an unexpected meeting. The HD video conferencing is really great. It helps a lot with the synergy of our teams. This removes the distance between our remote users. Works well with our diverse computer ecosystem. The integration with 3rd parties is great. We use the Outlook plugin on both Mac and PC and it helps us organize meetings quickly.,The mobile version is only somewhat stable. Meetings are easier to manage on the computer. Support is not great. We had connectivity issues in the past and support were not able to help to determine what exactly the issue was. The record feature does not include the webcam. Only audio and presentation. The chat feature is quite limited. GoToMeeting is being used by our research group and others inside our institute, mainly to organize meetings in the scope of national and international projects. It allows the team to have real-time collaboration with other partners across the globe, editing documents online with other members of some consortium, screen sharing, etc.
  • Screen sharing works perfectly.
  • It is possible to join a meeting via computer, app in smartphone or phone call.
  • It is very simple and easy to learn how to use.
  • I believe there is a small limit in the number of attendees to a meeting.
  • It could be easier to record a call and share it with others.
  • No zoom feature for the participants in the meeting.
GoToMeeting is a very nice tool for anyone with internet access and a computer to communicate with others colleagues in a web meeting. It is easy to set up and get into meetings with very little issues. I have never tried the mobile app, that could be useful sometimes when you are out of office, but I believe it works very well.

GoToMeeting was once our "go-to" for web conferencing with clients. Over time, however, we have leaned towards other products such as Google Chat and Amazon Chime. It was and is still sometimes used primarily by account services professionals as well as remote staff and various people spread across different departments.
  • Small meetings where all parties will be speaking and sharing their screen.
  • Remote staff needing to conference with coworkers.
  • Conferencing with clients who do not have reliable phone service but do have an internet connection.
  • Minimal interface.
  • It is not integrated with Google Calendar or Google Chat.
GoToMeeting is a very reliable piece of software that makes web conferencing with small groups easy. That being said, there are so many web conferencing tools out there, many of which are better integrated with our business tools like Google Calendar and Google Chat, that just make it feel like a third-party tool and not an essential part of our tech stack. If you re not using Google products, however, you may very well like the product.

GoToMeeting is being used as an alternative to Microsoft apps such as Skype for Business and Teams. GoToMeeting offer some very stable channels to have meetings through and have some extra features offered that we find very attractive. Project managers can create meetings on behalf of others and co-host. It is also very easy to use and easy to learn. Clients have an easy time joining meetings as no admin rights are required.
  • The co-host meetings option is very smart.
  • Great interface.
  • Easy to record meetings.
  • Stable connection.
  • Licensing can be a bit confusing and should be simplified.
  • It would be nice if GoToMeeting - and webinar would be combined.
  • Support, if needed, is pretty bad.
It's good in departments like Project Management, as you have options like co-hosting meetings, etc. Creating and administrating user account is easy and it is nice that I can pull reports to check usage. It's well suited to use if you have people in different time zones as they use special channels to keep the connection stable.

It was used by my clients for web conferences. It makes it convenient to gather multiple decision makers and share information regarding the needs of the client. It provides a live forum where we are all able to be aligned with their needs and how I will be able to best service them.
  • The connection time and live feed is great.

It's definitely one of the easier web conferencing options available. More on the affordable side and offers all of the basic functionalities. Very rarely do we incur technical difficulties. It is very user friendly and extremely to use, even for first time users. There are no delay experiences and gives companies the opportunity to have a mutual meeting virtual room.

GoToMeeting was our virtual meeting platform of choice before it was replaced with Webex. It was used by the whole organization to help us connect and collaborate across remote locations. GoToMeeting was very easy to use. I was able to to set up meetings quickly without any issues, and my leader pin never changed, which was nice. I had it memorized after a few times of using it, so there was never any fumbling around for meeting details when trying to connect. However, it had some limitations, which may be tied to the type of license I had. For example, I couldn't host two meetings at the same time, which was frustrating for some of my projects. Not everyone in our organization had a license to set up meetings, so occasionally I ran into scheduling problems with my team in creating meetings for them. It just turned into a hassle, which is why we switched to Webex. Again, I'm sure this could have been a license issue. Probably related is that I couldn't record meetings with GoToMeeting. Again, probably tied to my type of license. But I have that capability now, which is great.
  • Easy to set up meetings and invite others to participate, whether those were planned in advance or created on the fly.
  • Sharing my screen, running a meeting, and watching the participant panel for questions worked well too. I loved the layout and ease of switching back and forth to other presenters as needed. Very collaborative.
  • Using it outside my organization was a big plus. Although vendors used other tools such as Webex or Zoom, they were always able to work in GoToMeeting without a problem. Never hindered work in the slightest.
  • I'd love to see recording improved. Perhaps it was just my license, but recording was always an issue for me. May just user error. Who knows, but it was a big enough pain to cause us to look for another solution as an organization.
  • We didn't have integration with Microsoft Exchange, which would have been great to have. It wasn't necessary, but it just took more time than needed to login to GoToMeeting, set up the meeting, and then copy and paste into my Outlook meeting invite. Maybe this has been addressed, or we just didn't do it as an organization. All could be true. But we didn't have it at the time, and it was annoying.
GoToMeeting was great, and I'm sure we weren't using it as well as we could have. But there's something to be said for a name brand in my opinion, and in doing business with other companies, it seems that everyone is using Webex. It's nice to have a solution where everyone speaks the same language, so to speak. When we used GoToMeeting, it was easy to use, but there was a little fumbling around when you had to throw the presentation controls to another user, especially if they were unfamiliar with GoToMeeting. Again, very easy to use, but it's just getting into something new and unfamiliar that throws people off I think.

We utilize GoToMeeting across our entire organization and two countries. We use it for external meetings with clients, prospects, and partners to show our SaaS platform, and internally for meetings between our New York and Milan offices. GoToMeeting enables us to conduct a wide range of business that would otherwise have to be done less efficiently by phone or in-person.
  • Simple to operate.
  • Very good connectivity.
  • Integration with Google Calendar.
  • The side panel for conference details (attendees, chat etc) gives my navigation challenges -- there's too much packed into too little space, and it's hard to find what I need while I'm also presenting. Maybe bigger buttons for most used, and minimize or hide the other less used features? For example, I never use chat.
  • When customers join there is a moment of confusion if they have really joined. It would be nice to let people join, see they are successfully connected both visually and audio, and allow the presenter to see the same, and when ready, open the conference so that all can hear and see, avoiding the whole "hello, are you there?" that often happens.
GoToMeeting has the best ration of bulletproof performance for connectivity and reliability, matched to ease of use for invited attendees who may not have a lot of screen share experience. The integration with Google Calendar for letting a user easily add a meeting to their custom link works well, and allows a small moment of business and personal branding.

As a global organization, we needed a solution for meetings that allowed us to have clear face-to-face communication across great distances. We used it across the organization and especially when working with industry associations. The simplicity of the platform allowed us to use it on the fly with customers who weren't previously familiar with the system.
  • No matter the platform (PC, Mac, tablet, etc.) it's fast and easy to start an instant meeting with anyone.
  • Screen sharing, multi-camera support, and document sharing make it easy to present the right info at the right time.
  • Calendar integration makes it easy to schedule with one or many people at at time.
  • While the system is very robust, at times I'd like to see a scaled down option for one-to-one meetings.
  • Sharing a file instead of screen sharing would be a nice add-in.
  • A faster keyboard shortcut for mute / unmute would be useful.
GoToMeeting is particularly useful when you need to present content without the ability to be in a room together. It is particularly well suited for face-to-face meetings where you have multiple people. While you can share on-screen content, it is not best if you are trying to deliver multiple files that a meeting participant would need to download and access at a later time.

We use GoToMeeting in conjunction with Webex. I really like the integration into Gmail, as we moved from Exchange to Google mail a few years ago. The calendar options work very well, which enables our Admins to schedule meetings with a few clicks of the mouse.

GoToMeetng is the most accepted enterprise online meeting technology in the world. That means it is an approved-to-use tool that IT/compliance teams won't try to block. That, of course, means for large globally dispersed audiences, few attendees will be challenged with viewing or participating in the meetings.
  • Well established market adoption.
  • Connect to time gets faster every year, thanks to lots of competition.
  • Feature-rich.
  • Price is too high compared to competitors.
  • Still relatively cumbersome to use, not agile.
They are best used with large, globally dispersed audiences who are calling from many different companies/heterogeneous environments as they have been around forever. They are a sure bet when it comes to compliance.

We have multiple vendors that use the application and we use it for meetings and presentations across the IT realm. I would estimate I personally use it 1 time a week.
  • GoToMeeting has been able to do everything needed for our org. and seems to be a preferred favorite for vendors via remote sessions
  • I have a rather large monitor, 34',' and GoToMeeting has a screen zoom feature that seems to keep the vendors from not getting frustrated.
  • You can switch control, presenters, and FPT rather well and easily.
  • I can't think of an area where GoToMeeting has room for improvement, other than its pricing option.
  • I would say it could always be cheaper. Freeware works well but when you get to enterprise-level, you get what you pay for so no real issues.
GoToMeeting is easy to use, seems to work on any browser, and I have yet to see it cause an issue or disruption. The only downside I can think of is its pricing. Some prefer the freeware for that reason, but when you get to enterprise size, you need an option that you know will work, and work well. Time is money, and GoToMeeting has all the functionality built-in, making it easy and efficient.

GoToMeeting is utilized throughout our entire organization when we need to have a meeting with third parties. It is convenient and easy to use. The system allows us to share any information we may desire during the meeting, but is generally used for remote presentations. It does its job very well.
  • Multiple ways of joining a meeting, depending on the needs of the user.
  • GoToMeeting can share audio, screens, video, or data.
  • The system can be used for one-way presentations, such as webinars, where only the host can speak.
  • When used on a computer it leaves behind traces, such as the GoToOpener.
  • Larger meetings can be cumbersome.
In most cases, GoToMeeting gets the job done, and it does it well. The ability to split your connection between using your PC audio AND your phone audio is great for end-users that may not have speakers, or someone that wants to use a headset and does not have one on their workstation. It's great for large presentations and training, or for small group meetings.

I generally have many meetings in the week, and use three types of software for it, Microsoft Teams for internal meetings and Zoom and GoToMeeting for external meetings. So far, GoToMeeting has been a useful tool to quickly set up a meeting that can be recorded. Many other users within our company, across multiple departments, use GoToMeeting.
  • Recording is possible
  • It's possible for the host to mute everyone, to give one-sides presentations
  • It's possible to use chat
  • The login with a number is clever
  • You can also join meetings over the phone
  • The software looks outdated compared to other software.
  • Screenshare for higher resolution is sometimes messy (can't see the whole screen).
For presentation meetings, GoToMeeting is the way to go. Also for having people over the phone join the same meeting (landline), GTM is fine. You can easily join with a 9-digit code. Although GoToMeeting is fine, in 80% of my scenarios I prefer Zoom or Teams since I don't generally have people calling in via their phone.

We use it across the organization to conduct meetings and webinars with our base of member investors. We host monthly webinars to pitch deals to our accredited investor base and individualized meetings and conference calls with deal leads, investors and other players in our ecosystem (alternative investments, real estate and venture capital).

GoToMeeting is used within my organization to set up remote phone calls and video interviews with business parters and our users. Each department is free to choose their own conference software tools, so it is being used by different parts of our organization. For my department specifically, we have used GoToMeeting to set up remote user interviews and do remote user testing so we can get early feedback on our product ideas.

  • GoToMeeting constantly requires installing updates.
  • GoToMeeting has a very outdated interface.
GoToMeeting is great for setting up remote interviews, conference calls, and any type of meeting you need to set up with people not currently at your office. GoToMeeting was being used to host online meetings to allow multiple individuals, not on the location of job sites to attend various meetings, such as collaboration and coordination sessions, internal staff meetings, schedule review, and so forth. It provided both Audio and visual screen sharing for everyone to participate and see what was being discussed.
  • Allow multiple people to meet and talk together.
  • Track previous meeting attendance.
  • Set recurring meetings.
  • Audio quality is often poor.
  • Screen markup tools are limited and only granted by the presenter/organizer.
It's helpful for groups of people from as few as 2 to as many as 25 to meet remotely and see a presenters' screen to discuss items. Nearly any industry could use it. Sales, to review quarterly progress, IT, and web could review code or help a user diagnose a computer issue. HR management could review the company processes.

In some cases, we also use it for interviews if the candidate is not in our region as that reduces travel costs for each party.

GoToMeeting is great when you want to collaborate with several team members across the country or even the world. You can talk, video conference and share screens to get an update on projects and other tasks. It makes it easy to connect by just using a link to join. With sharing a screen you can visually see what is going on rather than just talking about it on the phone. It is also great for training sessions. For small businesses with one location and all employees at that location, you will use it less for those reasons but still can use to meet with clients.

GoToMeeting is a platform that we use as a webinar platform. The chat options, the Q&W options, screen share options, ability to share handouts, etc. are all great. It is also a fairly easy platform to use with both mobile and computer apps. For our particular use, we are often invited to join a GoToMeeting webinar or event. The option to use or join the platform is available to the entire organization. It helps solve the screen sharing and video conference needs while allowing the instructors to have complete control over the webinar/session.
  • Easy to use and setup. The install of the apps (either on mobile or computer) is relatively quick and easy. Once installed, the simple click to join a meeting could not be easier.
  • The audio on a GoToMeeting is great! Audio is clear. You also have the option of using your device's audio or joining from a phone line. This flexibility allows for convenience.
  • The features of GoToMeeting, screen sharing, chat, Q&A, etc., are among the best. Icons on the platform indicate what that option is and it could not be any easier.
  • If there is an option to join a GoToMeeting without having to download an app, that would be great. Some users may not have the admin rights to install apps. If joining from a web-based browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) is an option, that would be great and convenient.
  • Not a big deal, but it would be great is having a live transcript for those who have audio problems would be great. If a transcript/caption was offered in realtime, that could also help ADA attendees with hearing issues.
GoToMeeting is well suited for webinars where there is one main lead trainer/teacher. The main lead can navigate the session, opening up the webinar to questions from attendees and keep the session moving. GoToMeeting may not be suited for sessions or training that require in-person/hands-on experience. It also may not be suited for those meetings that require multiple presenters to switch out presentations.

I typically use GoToMeeting when I meet with my vendors. GoToMeeting allows my vendors to present new products or upgraded features right from their desk. I also use GoToMeeting with our internal employees at different branches to discuss operations, goals, etc. This is such a time saver and allows everyone to meet without the travel time. In my opinion, this is a great idea and should have been thought of a long time ago.
  • Allows your entire team to meet without having to travel.
  • Saves travel time, fuel expenses and allows you to multitask.
  • I don't have any cons in using GoToMeeting it is a very useful tool.
GoToMeeting is an easy way to have meetings as often as needed without having your team travel or leave their office. Very convenient and saves a lot of time. My employees love that they are not spending their time driving and are able to meet from their own offices. I would not recommend doing employee reviews on GoToMeeting but sales or operations meetings are definitely more convenient using GoToMeeting.

We use GoToMeeting across our organization. Since we have people all across the world, we use it for team meetings. We also use it for all our company meetings. Our sales teams use it for quick meetings with clients. Our technical support team uses it to remote into the client system to troubleshoot. It's really good for the synergy of our different teams. Being able to not only talk but to see each other make it look like we all work in the same office even if we don't.
  • Quick meetings on the spot. The meet now features work really well for an unexpected meeting.
  • The HD video conferencing is really great. It helps a lot with the synergy of our teams. This removes the distance between our remote users.
  • Works well with our diverse computer ecosystem.
  • The integration with 3rd parties is great. We use the Outlook plugin on both Mac and PC and it helps us organize meetings quickly.
  • The mobile version is only somewhat stable. Meetings are easier to manage on the computer.
  • Support is not great. We had connectivity issues in the past and support were not able to help to determine what exactly the issue was.
  • The record feature does not include the webcam. Only audio and presentation.
  • The chat feature is quite limited. A separate chat room outside of meetings would be great.
We use it for all of our company meetings. We stream the meeting from our head office and the remote user can connect to it. They can participate like they are in the room.


Our support team uses it to help troubleshoot clients systems. With the meeting now features its quick to set up a meeting.



Our sales team uses it to contact prospective and future clients. It also helps with travel expenses.

We like the way you can switch users to presenter mode. This is useful when working remotely and making presentations. We have also been able to have large programming meetings throughout the organization. It is worth mentioning that the collaboration has greatly improved since its implementation, we feel very consistent with this program and we do not plan to change it for another.
  • It has all the necessary features to facilitate communication, such as screen sharing, and you can also chat.
  • Its design is careful and easy to use.
  • It is excellent for when someone misses a meeting, to help with taking notes, and the search capabilities are incredible.
  • I don't like that sometimes it has security measures that aren't necessary when you try to start a meeting.
  • It is good that it is safe, but I feel that sometimes they exceed in this type of thing.
  • Sometimes we are in an emergency and we need to establish an early conversation for a crucial decision and with these kinds of mishaps, we must be patient. In those cases, it is a bit complicated to have it.
GoToMeeting is ideal for those who want to provide a means for their company to have conference calls with several people. The solution is intended for people who want to conduct business with a team located remotely and quickly explain ideas and strategies due to the excellent screen sharing option.

We use GoToMeeting to set up client meetings and training sessions, as well as collaborative sessions with internal and external employees. It allows us not only to set up calls but share work and view the same work as a team. It eliminates paperwork and printing as we can all view online together at the same time.

We use it to collaborate with plans and design aspects for projects. We use it on a case by case basis but it is used frequently. Some of the job sites have limited or slow internet access so it creates problems for us and the ability to use it effectively.
