If you have a large organization and there are few segments where ERP coverage is expensive and not efficient (for instance in newly acquired entities not yet fully integrated) then Infor CloudSuite Financials can be immensely helpful. As it not only offers an efficient and effective tool, but it can also help in unraveling the integration and coverage challenges which would crop up while executing complete PMI.

• Clear and straight forward navigation
• Good choice of management reports

• Like any SaaS product, Clearbooks is continuously evolving and being improved
• Some of the reports still need some work

Usability is its core strength and we also have fantastic user survey results

Credible, reliable and effective support

Clearbooks was chosen 5 years ago as our accountant recommended it. There is an element of inertia in moving accounts packages.

• I am not sure that ROI is an appropriate measure for an accounts package. The cost is around £250/year, which is a tiny fraction of the cost of a bookkeeper/finance controller/finance director/CFO.
