Clearout vs. Pepipost (discontinued)

This is the only email cleaning program that we use. This is mandatory if you are doing large amounts of emailing two new cold prospects. We have an extremely low balance rate from our emailing system. Clear out is our go-to program to do this and, without question, saves our email URLs for a longer period of time.

If you want to ensure you have good oversight of sent emails and if you want to ensure your email reputation is only affected by mails you send (i.e. not using an SMTP IP shared with others) then Pepipost is the way to go. Their cost is also super attractive compared to the other players in the market.

• Very easy to use with a nice user interface
• Customer support is excellent, very responsive when you need something
• Email validating highly accurate
• Good value for the money - can go monthly or buy credits ad hoc

• Great in email deliveribility
• Sends mails to all mail providers with no issues
• There is negligible downtime

• Sometimes have errors with certain inboxes
• Learning curve with new software
• Can be hard to set up with organization-locked inboxes

• Possibly adding the ability to view the content of sent emails like Mandrill does.

Netcore Email API beats the competition on pricing and support although the implementation can be made easier

• A positive ROI was achieved in the first month, Clearout is well worth the money
• Clearout helps keep our email sender status squeaky clean with our email service providers
• We are able to run large scale email outreach campaigns without fear of high bounce rates and poor sender scores

• Less time spent trying to determine why clients never got our emails.
• Better deliverability rate directly improved customer experience in terms of support received.
• Webhooks allowed us to notify users of only the important deliverability issues.
