ClockShark vs. Service Fusion

This is the best solution we got for tracking all type of teams. Field, office, site based teams and remote teams too. the reports are great to get insights. You can actually watch in real time all the team members where they logged in, what task they are working (signed in for), and if they are on the relevant job site

Service Fusion is a fantastic application for any business conducting fieldwork. Any instance in which you need to schedule and route agents for services (ie onsite repair services, contractors, construction, project management firms). Additionally, it could be applied to field sales representatives. As Service Fusion does have a CRM function, a structured sales organization could apply the features to track and follow up on lead generation and/or sales visits!

• GPS Integration for routing agents/technicians to job sites.
• Reporting, especially post-ticket completion.
• Customer Management - containing all pertinent files and information for a given customer.

We evaluated Timeero and Clockify, but chose ClockShark because its GPS tracking and scheduling features felt much more robust for field-based teams. The interface is highly intuitive, making it a smoother transition for our workforce compared to the other platforms.
