Code2 vs. Salesforce Data 360

It is well suited for agentforce scenario in our case. Similarly if any orgnization is looking to streamline their data streams and have a single view of all their data, I would definitely recommend Data 360. Also for providing business insights too, the way it is helping us in calculating is very impressive.

• Allows use to bring external data into Salesforce as zero-copy
• Is able to present data using standard Salesforce reports familiar to our users
• Allows us to establish multiple relationships between our CRM data and the external data to contextualize the imported data.

• pricing or costing visibilty, we can't estimate what would be consumption this month and suddenly we get surprised
• CI/CD can be improved, that looks a difficult and hard
• Also sandbox comes with many limitation so very hard to replicate production like environment to test

I would rate Salesforce Data Cloud's usability a 9 because I do think it is very easy to use. You can easily create new contacts, add notes to contacts, add house information, generate reports, create workflows, etc. You can even have it schedule marketing emails to customers to auto send an email for holidays like Christmas, New Years, etc. It is very user friendly and helps to create a nice customer journey with it all in once place.

While SAP, Oracle, Mulesoft and Snowfake provides data ingestion and analytics, they also require complex configuration and custom work. With Salesforce , we can unify the data within Salesforce system from different sources and this also helps in better decision making. With Salesforce support and help documents the things can become very easy to tackle.
