Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Data 360
we are using it for our agentforce chatbot that we recently implemented. We have member information in multiple systems. With the help of Data 360 we are able to get everything together on one page. This is helping the chatbot to frame the answer more relevant to the question in the chat window from members.
Pros

Cons
- complexity in understanding and building the data model
- troubleshooting when the data mapping gone wrong
- documentation is there but no real time examples. Can improve it a lot
- improved first contact resolution by ~15%
- reduced average handle time
- reduced manual reporting
we have evaluated Snowflake, adobe rt-cdp as well. They also offer a very strong capabilities but the Data 360 is more suitable for us because of the same Salesforce ecosystem. The main key factor is without any custom code we were able to include it into our automations. And ofcourse with agentforce already in plans, we had to pick Data 360
