While working remotely from home during the pandemic many managers found it harder to examine techie talents. Right after when the market started to boil and competition for talent rose, we all tried ways to make it easier for talents, so remote exams become more common and friendly. Alternatives Considered	CodeSession No answers on this topic	Codility This was the best that integrated with our TA system (Greenhouse) and we got positive recommendations. At a time we considered other talent acquisition systems, such as Success Factors, the integration was insufficient. Other than that, the talent acquisition Director was bios, based on previous experience, so as IT, we didn't have much of discovery or selection to make.
