We currently us Greenhouse for managing recruitment processes. Greenhouse makes it incredibly easy to gather interview feedback through easily customisable score-cards. The centralised candidate information works brilliantly and I love how easily I can onboard my new team members on Greenhouse.

Cons
  • AI guidance on framing the feedback, at time not everyone is a native english speaker, some help with words / phrases can really make the product shine.
We use Greenhouse majorly to streamline out recruitment processes. Greenhouse makes it quite easy to track referrals, share the candidate information with the panel members and also gather feedback post-interview. After everyone's feedback is gather, Greenhouse also makes the debriefing process quite easy by showing everyone's feedback. It is also super easy to onboard new users on Greenhouse because of simple workflow design and delightful interface.

We use Greenhouse to manage and track our recruiting process as well as tracking our job posting. This is helping to keep our candidates organized as well as the interview process streamlined for a better candidate experience. We also can track any employee referrals which is very helpful.

Cons
  • Not a fan of the privacy settings on when you've moved on from a candidate, it hides resumes that even admins can't see which isn't helpful
It's great, I haven't seen any real big issues that would make me not recommend Greenhouse. It keeps the interviewers on track and reminds them to put in their feedback and even helps guide them. It keeps the job postings well organized and the candidates.

At our company, we use Greenhouse Recruitment as an applicant tracking system and recruiting software. When candidates apply for a job opening, their candidate profile gets instantly created on the system. Since we have configured workflow into the system for each job category, it helps recruiters to easily identify at which stage the candidate is at. When the hiring manager asks recruiters, they will also be able to answer how many candidates are at each stage. For instance, 10 were at the recruiter interview and 3 were waiting for an offer to be signed. We also integrate the Greenhouse system into the Workday system. At the moment the candidate is marked as hired, the candidate profile becomes an employee profile in Workday. The ability to integrate with other systems significantly saves the HR team so many manual hours.

  • Greenhouse has built-in report functionalities allowing all types of data to be extracted.
  • Greenhouse has the abilty to customize workflow for each job.
  • Greenhouse allows the admin to set approval flow when sending offers or even when creating jobs.
  • Greenhouse has custom options that allow the HR team to add necessary fields that HR would like to track. The ability to create new fields allows Greenhouse to be easily synced with other systems as well.
  • Greenhouse has the ability to create integrate with other systems well.
Cons
  • Greenhouse doesn't allow complex custom options. We can only select it to show or not show based on office location or job department.
  • Greenhouse has a reporting features but cannot extract certain data points.
  • To merge a candidate together, the user needs the same access for both jobs which is ridiculous. One cannot be higher than the other.
  • Greenhouse has a limited Security option, unlike Workday. For example, offer access for Site Admin can only be turned on or off, but not per job. Security is heavily critical for a system like Greenhouse as it contains candidate offer data.
Based on the points mentioned previously, Greenhouse Recruitment is definitely one of the best applicant tracking software out there. Even though it contains limitations, which all systems do, it will improve over time. If I want to recommend Greenhouse product to a friend or a company that is considering using the system, I would inform them that do not to be afraid of learning the system. Greenhouse has thousands of comprehensive articles on its website. Whatever you would like to know about the system, Greenhouse Community contains it all. Greenhouse also has really responsive support that can help sort various issues out.

Using Green house to schedule and source candidates from Different Job Boards. Collecting feedback of Interviews and Keeping candidates informed about their feedback is easy and can Green house is making it better day to day.
We are managing whole Recruitment life cycle of an employee through Greenhouse.
Assigning Hiring Managers and recruiters is very easy for any Job. Internal Referrals and Job postings are also been published in Greenhouse.
  • Scheduling and rescheduling of Interviews - Integration with G Meet, Zoom and few other platforms are great
  • Integration with career Page - Integration of ATS Greenhouse with career page is easy and response from different job boards is quite good
  • Providing feedback to employees - Feedback of the Interview can be given to employees on a click of a button
Cons
  • There should be an option where we can upload our own format of offer letter and it can be shared through Greenhouse. Sorry if I missed exploring this option in detail
  • Customer support team should be available when required on a short notice
  • Dashboard can be modified to give few more Insights
Well suited for Big organizations where recruitment is a daily task. Understanding of Greenhouse workings is simple and it is not difficult to train people who use it for first time.
Greenhouse is less appropriate if you are looking for sharing offer letters or doing employee onboarding. Did not had a great experience in doing that

Greenhouse is our end to end applicant tracking system. I support our Talent Acquisition team as their HR Business Partner and use Greenhouse for a variety of compliance, hiring, and other use cases. Greenhouse helps us hire and onboard employees and allows the HR/compliance team to manage employee hiring records effectively.

For a fast-paced startup, with rapid hiring, Greenhouse is a great tool. Our whole TA team prefers using greenhouse to other applicant tracking systems (ATS). For larger companies you may want to use a tool that is complimentary/built into your HRIS but for earlier stage companies, Greenhouse is great.
