1. It works very well when commissions depend on many factors, such as role, region, product, quotas, or team splits. It handles these rules automatically and accurately. 2. It integrates smoothly with SAP systems such as SAP S/4HANA and SAP CRM 3. When sales reps want to see their earnings clearly and finance needs a clear audit trail, it provides both in one place. It is not suitable for small companies or when custom reporting is needed.

• I personally dislike the new GUI. In my opinion, it was designed more for looks than functionality.
• The loading of large rate tables and MDLTs could be improved upon.
• "Show the math" All the code that calculates the actual payment is embedded in the pipeline runs. It is nearly impossible to extract it for reporting.

We are going to renew the license for SAP Sales Performance Management because of its exceptional performance in the area of proper incentive structure. Helped in eliminating human errors in payouts.

It helps me do my routine tasks So, I do find it helpful as I get structured informational data from SAP Sales Performance Management which makes it simple for me to compare targets with given target and find performance gaps. I did not give it a 10 rating as I do feel that user interface can be improved and it can be stressful when doing unplanned and unorganized analysis as I have to use external tools then

SAP Sales Performance Management is available whenever support is requested. In case of downtime and planned outages we receive prior notice with the date and timeline of unavailability of system.

SAP Sales Performance Management UI/ UX interface works smoothly. It doesn't hinder the performance of page loading from one screen to other. It is not blocked by any other issue.

• The efficiencies gained by moving from reports and spreadsheet alone has earned us a positive ROI.
• SAP Commissions speed to the market allows us to quickly and cheaply change our direction to meet market demands.
• Our sales force's engagement has drastically improved. We are now paying monthly instead of quarterly and have earned their trust.
