Comodo Dome Antispam vs. Symantec Email Security.cloud

Spams are getting
common for almost all companies either big or small so this tool is also
becoming a necessity for almost everyone. This tool has all the essentials to
protect the emails box from threats like spam filters, blacklists, and also
archive emails to ensure the availability of emails if there would occur any
mishap. and what makes it a bit unsuitable

is its expensive rates and support team.

If you don't want to have any spam or malware in your mailbox, Symantec Email Security.cloud is the solution to choose. Also, if you need to have some security features, like DLP, it has them embedded!

We have also been using reporting a lot to see how many emails have been sent, where they delivered, and so on.

• Spam Filteration: it helps in filtering our junk and spam mails that can have any kind of ransomware or any other threat.
• Blacklist: Its blacklist feature is another great feature.
• Installation: We didn’t need any IT guy to help us in the implementation of this tool as it offers an easy installation.

• Advanced scanning of email and threats beyond simple Antispam services

• Expensive rate of its subscription.
• Its notification feature sometimes provides false alerts.
• To figure out the problem related to its notification we tried to reach out to its team but they didn’t even respond properly and took a lot of time.

• Outbound encryption could be improved to allow for advanced connections to other organizations' PKI keyservers.
• The user interface could be a little more friendly, finding advanced features sometimes takes a little more time with hunting and clicking to get to the correct page.

In very tricky cases, it takes time to explain it to the support personnel as they don't get your problem from the first couple of emails.

I had heard a lot about SpamTitan and this compelled me to
buy this product but I recognized that it was not worth the hype it was just an
overrated tool. It wasn’t having advanced features but was just following a
monotony. and other than that the Price was an issue. Although we are paying
high for Comodo too at least we are getting something in return but in the case
of Spam Titan, we were getting nothing so it was simply lost and Comodo is
totally a Win-win Situation for me and my company.

Barracuda's ESS is the premier product, it boasts outbound email encryption as an included service as well as all of the security features of Symantec Email Security.cloud. Sophos is on the same level as SES.c but is not quite as feature rich.
