Comodo Dome Antispam vs. Tessian Cloud Email Security Platform

Spams are getting
common for almost all companies either big or small so this tool is also
becoming a necessity for almost everyone. This tool has all the essentials to
protect the emails box from threats like spam filters, blacklists, and also
archive emails to ensure the availability of emails if there would occur any
mishap. and what makes it a bit unsuitable

is its expensive rates and support team.

Tessian Cloud Email Security is well suited for anyone that can afford it. Email is the gateway for the bad guys and having as much security and protection as possible is critical

• Spam Filteration: it helps in filtering our junk and spam mails that can have any kind of ransomware or any other threat.
• Blacklist: Its blacklist feature is another great feature.
• Installation: We didn’t need any IT guy to help us in the implementation of this tool as it offers an easy installation.

• Expensive rate of its subscription.
• Its notification feature sometimes provides false alerts.
• To figure out the problem related to its notification we tried to reach out to its team but they didn’t even respond properly and took a lot of time.

• The Outlook Add-In broke several systems during use.
• There are many changes to the account reps and engineers assigned to us. As a result, we lost touch with Tessian.
• Lack of knowledge and help from Support during times when the Add-In was disrupting users.

Pretty straight forward for the users and admins. Some terminology takes a little time to learn for the admin, functionally seems rock solid.

I had heard a lot about SpamTitan and this compelled me to
buy this product but I recognized that it was not worth the hype it was just an
overrated tool. It wasn’t having advanced features but was just following a
monotony. and other than that the Price was an issue. Although we are paying
high for Comodo too at least we are getting something in return but in the case
of Spam Titan, we were getting nothing so it was simply lost and Comodo is
totally a Win-win Situation for me and my company.

Egress is a very capable product, likely on-par with Tessian as a fraction of the cost. I will be giving them a deep review this year
