Overall Satisfaction with Tessian Cloud Email Security Platform
Tessian Cloud Email Security Platform is an outlook solution that looks and learns users behaviors. It will alert a user to a suspicious inbound email and point specifically to the items that are questionable, not only protecting the user, but providing real-time training to them in their own Inbox. It also monitors outbound communications and will alert if a user mis-directs an email and recommend suggestions
Pros
- Alert on suspicious email
- alert on mis-directed email
Cons
- I would like to see more customization on the alerting, colors, fonts, etc
- cost, Tessian is quite expensive
- provides additional email security protections for inbound and outbound
- Helps prevent the mis-direction of outbound email
Egress is a very capable product, likely on-par with Tessian as a fraction of the cost. I will be giving them a deep review this year
