Comodo Dome Antispam vs. Trend Micro Email Security

Spams are getting
common for almost all companies either big or small so this tool is also
becoming a necessity for almost everyone. This tool has all the essentials to
protect the emails box from threats like spam filters, blacklists, and also
archive emails to ensure the availability of emails if there would occur any
mishap. and what makes it a bit unsuitable

is its expensive rates and support team.

PRO: all companies that need an antispam, antivirus. It should not be activated if it is not possible to deactivate the anti-spam provided by the provider.
you have to check the in/out of the mail a few days to verify false positives and manage the rules.
CONS: It is too expensive for small companies, it's better to use services offered by the mail provider.

• Spam Filteration: it helps in filtering our junk and spam mails that can have any kind of ransomware or any other threat.
• Blacklist: Its blacklist feature is another great feature.
• Installation: We didn’t need any IT guy to help us in the implementation of this tool as it offers an easy installation.

• Trend Micro Email Security provides, among email Encryption and it's really helpful to protect the email from hackers.
• It's very easy to sync with Microsoft™ Office™ 365, just one click to install.
• Total cloud based security system so it's doesn't affect system memory, with very less memory space it could run very smoothly.

• Expensive rate of its subscription.
• Its notification feature sometimes provides false alerts.
• To figure out the problem related to its notification we tried to reach out to its team but they didn’t even respond properly and took a lot of time.

• It would be great if there was a structure where users would approve or rate their own mails.

The product really does everything it can and offers it very simply. In other words, after using it for many years like us, it feels as if the email system could not exist without Trend Micro Email Security. Using email in a corporate structure without this or any other product is the job of brave people.

Overall, Trend Micro Email Security does what is designed to do, however, it can be a bit frustrating tweaking the policies to get them just right due to the vagueness of some of the levels of protection available for some of the features (e.g., scales that range from "Low" to "Highest")

As a reseller, it can be difficult to locate the appropriate support number to call, however, once a case has been opened for a support request, it is generally resolved fairly quickly.

I had heard a lot about SpamTitan and this compelled me to
buy this product but I recognized that it was not worth the hype it was just an
overrated tool. It wasn’t having advanced features but was just following a
monotony. and other than that the Price was an issue. Although we are paying
high for Comodo too at least we are getting something in return but in the case
of Spam Titan, we were getting nothing so it was simply lost and Comodo is
totally a Win-win Situation for me and my company.

I think Trend Micro Email Security gave us the best price along with the best overall features. We felt more comfortable using the Email Security along with the other Trend Micro products. It keeps our environment safe and has been a great way to help our end users through email issues. I would defiantly recommend this Trend Micro Email Security product to IT professionals a like.

• Nothing to say in Negative ROI as there isn’t any.

• eliminating the threat before it enters the organization makes the network more secure
• You don't have to check all PCs when a user clicks on a fake link because the email is delete before.
