Condo Control vs. Lone Wolf Transactions

It is well suited to a user community that is computer savvy. It is great for posting service requests because they can be done from a smartphone while walking through the building. Classified ads are helpful in allowing residents to rent parking spots or sell goods. The Survey feature is helpful for measuring the pulse of the community on different issues.

Works really well for us. The software is provided by our state board of Realtors for our use as a benefit for the annual dues we pay. Our team members can step into a folder and create offers with ease. We can add external PDFs & other documents to the folders for storage.

• The home screen is not very modern. There are graphs and silly things on there.
• Emailing the help desk doesn't seem to work....an electronic response comes in but not an answer. If you call, you get a live agent immediately though.
• Everything else is great.

Condo Control Central is a modern, convenient and powerful tool for our Condominium Corporation, which allows us to effectively automate its communication processes. CCC includes many sections such as announcements, service requests, security reports, as well as a reliable communication system.

The interface is clean and self explanatory. It is easy to operate and communication has been made so easy and secure.

• As chair of the social committee I can plan, book, advertise and communicate all events to the entire group of tenants and owners
