Contract Logix vs. Corcentric Source-to-Pay Platform

Suited for legal depts to manage contracts from cradle to grave—security levels assigned to ensure the integrity of data. It's great for producing reports for management and managing renewals and expirations of agreements is convenient. Contract Logix also does not require extensive computer skills—easy to navigate. Probably not suited for contracts that need payments as there is no link to financials.

It is well suited for applications which has centralized data system. For desperate databases, big performance hit could be unavoidable.Web based Sales solutions which could be easily unplugged from big infrastructure and to be used in field with no need of network connectivity or front office availability would be ideal candidates for CPQ

• Searches can be done using various fields.

• Pricing engine is a big plus in CPQ.
• The flex modeling supported in CPQ increases the model efficiency by eliminating unwanted options
• Integrating external tools into selectica by exporting out xmls make it easier

• Emailing from Contract Logix could be improved, too many clicks.
• Copying of records cannot be done.
• Downloading documents can be improved, drag and drop should be available.
• Capability to store emails.

• Model builder's sluggishness.

Unless CPQ is available on cloud or available as platform as service, I am less likely to consider it again. The initial cost involved is high and also the time required for that.

Easy to manage, little downtime in training, able to provide our needs to contract management.

Contract Logix' customer service is excellent. A definite plus if you are thinking of using Contract Logix.

Contract Logix is advanced and user-friendly and on the cloud. Easily customizable to your need. Some databases are more.

• yes, faster lead conversion as Field sales team rely less on main office
• reduced sales cycle.
• Reduced Sales overheads, deal closure can happen at client location.
