It's great for producing reports for management and managing renewals and expirations of agreements is convenient. Contract Logix also does not require extensive computer skills—easy to navigate. Probably not suited for contracts that need payments as there is no link to financials.

We use it to reduce document complexity and extract and enhance metadata. It's perfect for managing obligations and information stored in contracts. In fact, AI-powered extraction is a great help to set up all relevant tasks during the initial contract management. It is perfect if you want to explicitly share not only the contract itself but also the attachments.
