We use it to manage and securely store our contracts. In addition to basic functions such as setting deadlines, organizing documents in one place, and sending them for signature, Inhubber is used to reduce document complexity, extract, and enhance metadata. The software not only allows for quick analysis of documents but also helps to use the extracted information to actually manage the obligations and information in the contracts. We submit contracts and all relevant data for signature so that the entire date is approved, not just the text of the document.
