ConvertPlug vs. Kartra

Very well suited for ANY serious website operator - be it services, info-products or e-commerce. It's not just list marketing but pop-ups. Basis our usage experience, we never found any restrictive-case use situations

Kartra is a great platform for a service-based business that needs a moderate cost solution and one-stop shop for their business needs. Kartra has a marketplace of professionals that can train and or get your services set up in the system. The access to Kartra experts is valuable since the platform does have a bit of a learning curve and is not user-friendly when just starting out.

• Integrates well with Wordpress, Studiopress (genesis) and all major email marketing software
• Impressive variety of pop-ups and ability to customize those
• "light loading" (less page load time) and mobile friendly for sure
• Impressive "pop-up behaviour" customization ....right from "When and where on website" to "Which specific country" and much more
• Adaptable to subscription or e-commerce website architecture as well

• Look and feel of templates could use greater westernization. Colors tend to be more oriental/Bright oriented - However color pallets can be changed easily
• Covert Plus: PLEASE also bring in a content locker!

The above and various other plugins/software were either not compatible with some of our software OR were too expensive (often with recurring costs vs. one-time) OR offered too many add-on features that weren't needed. It took us nearly 40 expensive man-hours to test and narrow down on this particular plugin that met all requirements in a go

I switched from Teachable to Karta. Teachable was at a lower price point but I found it harder to use and didn't provide all of the features the Kartra offers. I also experienced holding on to funds for a long period of time after a transaction has been completed. I'm happy that I switched.

• Great return on investment because you are able to get rid of many of the other programs you may be using.
• Access to Kartra experts to get you up to speed on how to use the platform is a great value added within the Kartra marketplace. You can also add your services to the marketplace.
• The CRM within Karta is top-notch. Allowing you to segment and tag your clients based on your own criteria.
