Cooperative Computing vs. LevelBlue Managed Security Services

Not just personally, but professionally. I Love the professionalism and commitment to work by Cooperative Computing. Whenever it comes to App Development, Mobile App (Andoird or iOS) Development or Server Management services, I blindly trust C|C's capabilities to offer extremely good services.

The company has become a true believer in Trustwave services because they ensured the solution we implemented addressed our specific requirements. Adopting this platform provided significant improvement in visibility with a user-friendly dashboard and now the company can take greater control internally when investigating an alert and analyzing data over time

• Web App Development is one of their key strengths as their portfolio shows it clearly.
• ReactJS Development is also one of their strengths and they have skilled and experienced developers for that.
• Cross Platform Mobile Applications are one of the core strengths of Cooperative Computing.

• Reports in timely manner on all incidents
• Web portal access to review reports and suggestions

• Should enhance the QA team.
• Should open office for support in Dubai.
• Should offer basic development as well.

• There is no option to include rules type functions, which would be very useful to save configuration time.
• The support is not as helpful as I would like, nor its documentation.
• A friendly graphical interface would be very well accepted.

Cooperative Computing have better development team and their software offer better customer and technical support. No matter what difficulty a user or a system consumer face, C|C's support team is always there for help 24/7.

We have not really looked at other products.

• Websites of Businesses made by C|C have got an excellent overall exposure.
• Return on Investment on one of the Web App project was calculated over 137%.

• Protects valuable data and defends against increasingly sophisticated threat actors
• We have achieved increase in customer trust and distinguished the company from our main rival
• Freed the company's roughly 10 employees to focus on expanding the business internationally
