Corcentric Source-to-Pay Platform vs. LinkSquares

It is well suited for applications which has centralized data system. For desperate databases, big performance hit could be unavoidable.Web based Sales solutions which could be easily unplugged from big infrastructure and to be used in field with no need of network connectivity or front office availability would be ideal candidates for CPQ

This is an excellent contract repository. I like the ability to upload a pdf, which is read by LinkSquares' OCR. The fidelity of the searchable documents is extraordinary. I really like the flexibility in terms of what contract language you want reporting on and the reporting capabilities are second to none.

• Pricing engine is a big plus in CPQ.
• The flex modeling supported in CPQ increases the model efficiency by eliminating unwanted options
• Integrating external tools into selectica by exporting out xmls make it easier

• It's intuitive.
• It's easy to use.
• The AI program is accurate.

• Model builder's sluggishness.

• The search function doesn't work if there's a misspelling.
• The tagging function isn't always smooth.

Unless CPQ is available on cloud or available as platform as service, I am less likely to consider it again. The initial cost involved is high and also the time required for that.

Very easy to use 'out of the box'. Excellent customer support to help when something out of the ordinary is needed.

I haven't had a ton of support needs, honestly. We have just a couple of users and we haven't needed much support. I do know that if I ever need anything, that I have an account manager there to help and they have always ben very responsive to my needs

I used Saleslogix.

I compared LinkSquares to a number of other tools and found LinkSquares to be right-sized and flexibly priced for our use case.

• yes, faster lead conversion as Field sales team rely less on main office
• reduced sales cycle.
• Reduced Sales overheads, deal closure can happen at client location.

• Better contract reporting.
• Easily searchable contract database.
