CoreIntegrator Workflow vs. Flokzu Cloud BPM

I have found CoreIntegrator to work well for our needs as an Accounts Payable workflow solution. The system was implemented with very little internal technical assistance. It can be administered by a business user without a great deal of technical knowledge because the CI support staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Easy to track status of tasks. Great to use collaborate between remote teams. Useful for follow up and managing deadlines, with alarms functionality. Detailed and clear information in standard or customized reports.

• Simple to use

• Easy of use, for a geographically distributed team.
• Agility. We can model, deploy and adjust (modify) business process by ourselves, in minutes.
• Flexibility, to add new processes (what we do all the time).
• Great support from the Flokzu team, every-time we needed it.

• The system administration is somewhat difficult for someone that is not highly technical.
• Deleted or removed items appear in search results.

• We don't have major issues with Flokzu.

Flokzu is very easy to use without having any knowledge of programming

Sometimes we receive slow responses.

Nice people both on chat and e-mail, always willing to help us.

We didn't review another product because CoreIntegrator so perfectly met our needs.

• Time saving outweighs the cost.
• Ease of use is so much better than most software solutions.

• It really helped to coordinate our distributed sales team.
• Flokzu also helped to streamline administrative tasks, like invoicing and payment tracking from other countries.
