The company has been on the market for a while and the software is constantly updated adding new enhancements and features all the time. The video module is the feature we like the most. We use it all the time and it is extremely reliable. With the phone we can check properties and inside, from one office to a kitchen area, a lobby, a corner. We can connect several phones and users and we can manage rerouting our emegencies very easily. The alarm control is also very good and easy to use
